Back in  1947, at the very start of her career, Patti Page performed briefly with the Chicago-based Freddy Nagel orchestra, and recorded this rare single of "My Heart is a Hobo" from the Bing Crosby film "Welcome Strranger."  It was released on the tiny VITA-coustic label.  A few months later, she signed with Mercury Records and zoomed to super-stardom.
