Landing practice! This video was shot at 1280x960 resolution and 100fps. Playback is 24% speed at 24fps, cropped to 1280x720. The plane is my nearly ten year old 41" three-channel Grate Planes Electrifly J-3 Piper Cub. For this flight, I fitted larger wheels so that it might land in grass without nosing-over. It still nosed-over every time I landed it on grass! It handed baseball diamond dirt great until that last one.
