When teaching workshops and tutorials, I've noticed that these are the 4 most common frustrations about SolidWorks when poeple are leaving the beginner stage in the learning curve.

1) Exiting and entering the sketch
2) turning off filters (an prevention)
3) unable to constrain a sketch to another sketch
4) accidental sketch relations

note: as much as I hate the accidental selection filter problem, the tool itself is actually very useful for things like fillets on big parts. Example:
