The economic managers of the Duterte administration will recommend to President Rodrigo Duterte to push the collection of the excise tax on oil products next year. This is after the Office of the President approved the proposals of the economic managers to suspend the implementation of the second tranche of tax increase to alleviate the impacts of rising inflation.
