Beyoncé and Jay Z’s daughter, Blue Ivy, reportedly bid $17,000 for a painting at an art auction this weekend.

Should you take your kids to an art auction? Well, if you you’ve got cash to spare like Jay-Z and Beyoncé, what’s the harm? 
This weekend, their six-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, decided she liked a painting of a young Sidney Poitier and put down a bit of $17,000. 
When this was beaten, she raised the stakes to an incredible $19,000. This prompted Jay-Z to jokingly try and take away the paddle. No doubt he was relieved when the painting eventually went to Tyler Perry for $20,000. 
But Blue Ivy didn’t give up that easy. She then won another item by Samuel Levi Jones for a cool $10,000.
