Dealing with pain, restriction and limitations relating to your body can be a minefield. Practicing self-love in this area took a long time for me. During the darkest days of dealing with my own chronic pain, I was the polar opposite of someone who felt any love for their body. Put bluntly, I despised my body with every atom inside of it! The journey to this point has been a long one. I hope that these insights, which have been drawn from my own experiences, can offer some support to those who need it.
