RIVERSIDE -- A longtime Riverside educator got a rare cancer diagnosis 6 years ago. Ron Coleman says getting breast cancer never entered his mind.But now, he and his son Kurt, who is a former OSU star and current NFL safety, are giving back. So my son and I decided to start Coleman for a cure dot org. Through the years in terms of Play it Forward to get information and awareness., Ron told us.Play it Forward is his son's foundation, now it's become a family affair to fight cancer.We always want to help other people. The strength that makes us strong is helping other people and you gain joy from that.'', Ron says, ''In order to get you need to give. And what you give you get back in ten fold and that's been that blessing for us.Ron's foundation will get $250 from River Valley Credit Union so they can continue to Pay if Forward.
