As a business owner, you really want every person that you speak to to agree to your services. In an ideal world, that would happen. But this isn't the ideal world. 

Whether it's due to scheduling, money, timeframe, etc... Some potential customers are going to tell you no. That can be very demotivating to hear since you are pouring your heart and soul into your business day in and day out. 

But that is the nature of business. Not everyone is going to tell you yes. If everyone is telling you yes, there is something wrong with your business.
