The New Ireland Provincial Health Authority is still waiting for promised funds of one million kina from the provincial government. Chief Executive Officer, Doctor Alex Wangnapi, speaking off camera told EMTV News, it’s one of the issues outlined in the petition presented to Acting Provincial Administrator, Lamiller Pawut.
