Requested by musicngaming. The trick here is to know that when he jumps, then he uses the Skull Barrier and will walk toward you. For best results, use this tactic up against a wall. Also when he shoots the three shots, if you're far away, the first two will go straight and you can jump over both. But if you're close, the second shot will go upward, meaning you only need to jump the first and third.
