In 1987 the INTAR Hispanic American Arts Center in New York City commissioned Astor Piazzolla to compose the score for the stage production “Tango Apasionado”. Piazzolla recorded an instrumental version of this music at Radio City Studio during August and September of 1987, and released it in an album titled “The Rough Dancer and the Cyclical Night (Tango Apasionado)” in 1989. “Street Tango” is from that album. Arranged for organ by Harry Garland. #astorpiazzolla #harrygarland #organ
