A long, relaxing Thanksgiving weekend on St. Croix.  Jump Up is a local festival featuring local music and art, food vendors, Mocko Jumbies, fire dancers and other performers, occurring just 4 times a year, this one being the biggest.  A holiday weekend also means extra beach days and exploring plus, my very first taste of sprouted coconut.
