Speaking on the margins of the UN Climate Conference in Bonn, Dr. Jonathan Pershing, the US State Department's Deputy Special Envoy for Climate Change, talks about the new energy President Obama has brought to international efforts to combat climate change. Dr. Pershing explains that the Obama administration has elevated the issue to a top foreign policy priority and is working with partners around the world to prepare the way for a new agreement in Copenhagen.
