This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Rick has dedicated more than 30 years working with and supporting people who have disabilities and/or chronic medical conditions. In his talk, he asks our audience to imagine life with a disability through an interactive exercise, then shares how communities can come together to help people with disabilities achieve their full potential in the workplace and in our community.

Rick Sebastian, the president and chief executive officer of Human Technologies and a director of Workability International. He has dedicated more than 30 years to working with and supporting people who have disabilities and/or chronic medical conditions. Human Technologies works to provide meaningful jobs and has shifted how the community views people with disabilities.
