Duets In Contrast: A structured freestyle performance "battle" starring the Back to the Lab 2015 participants. Based upon contrast of being clearly ON rhythm and THROUGH rhythm, high shapes versus low shapes and reacting and responding to one another's moves. Music live mixed by Eric Lau and My Panda Shall Fly! This structured freestyle came out of a choreographic exercise by Back to the Lab mentors Jonathan Burrows with Jonzi D at Breakin' Convention's Back to the Lab professional development course for hip hop choreographers.
