United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions Christof Heyns has warned that the use of robots as lethal weapons could make it easier for states to go to war.
Heyns spoke in an interview.  In his annual report to the UN Human Rights Council, he focused on lethal autonomous robotics and the protection of life.
