Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Martin Baily, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, discusses the U.S. January jobs report and the outlook for the economy.
The U.S. jobless rate unexpectedly fell in January to 9 percent, the lowest level since April 2009, while payrolls rose by 36,000 workers, less than forecast, the Labor Department said today in Washington.
