Another hugely successful Turanganui Schools’ Maori Cultural Festival continued today at the Showgrounds Park Event Centre. Thousands of tamariki (children) from kohanga reo (early childhood centre) and kura (schools) throughout the region have taken the stage over the week, delighting whanau, friends and supporters alike in the audience. The enthusiasm of the performers has been infectious and the skills on show impressive — from preschool to intermediate. http://www.gisborneherald.co.nz https://www.facebook.com/gisborneherald https://www.youtube.com/gisborneherald Filmed and Edited by Ben Cowper SUBSCRIBE! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=gisborneherald
