Have now fitted new regulator spring (From a pen) which has tightened up regulator lever a treat. Have also set cranks just off 180deg. Its amazing what a novice can pick up by doing a bit of research on the internet. Still awaiting new washer seals etc. Now runs for much longer than before, but still not as fast as it should be...
