Up at Washington's (lately closed down) facility in Spokeane, there's the annual AHRA World Finals event and the 2002 meeting was no less exciting than normal. The final saw a high nitro-mix car smoke the tyres for the entire quarter and a low nitro-mix car with no header flames visible in the night sky nearly run down the big horsepower competition! Great viewing!
