I saw this one time and became obsessed, planning my entire week around creating this ridiculous meat thing. http://www.bbqaddicts.com/bacon-explosion.html This is the video log of my own attempt at the Bacon Explosion. Some notes: * The bacon I bought, while tasty, was a bit too salty for my preference. * I wish I had bought a sausage with more oomph to it. The sausage I got ended up being more "country breakfast" than "zesty Italian" but it was good nonetheless. * I wasn't all that crazy about my choice of BBQ sauce. Shouldda got a sweeter one, or, as suggested on the BE site, added some honey All in all, though, I had a lot of fun, and the BE was really quite delicious.
