Much awaited report of the advisory committee on education is likely to be submitted within 15 days. An advisory committee has been formed to study the entire system of grants and financial support to government aided schools for primary education. Committee will give recommendations to improve overall efficiency for achieving the stated educational goals of the state. Total four time committee got extension but still fail to submit its report. The advisory committee which was notified on 15th July 2016 under the Chairmanship of Bhaskar Nayak has already got 4 extensions. This 17 members committee held various meeting with parents and stakeholders in 12 involving parents teachers associations. Based on the suggestions and recommendations acquired through these meeting, advisory committee will prepare its report and will submit government.
