Chronic diseases are optional. Chronic low-grade inflammation is caused by gut imbalance, making a permeable gut lining, seeping food, bacteria, etc. into the bloodline, making the immune system constantly feel like it's under attack and repairing.

Chronic low-grade inflammation is like pulling on a chain, it breaks at the weakest link, and people have different weak links, for many people it's heart disease, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's, or cancer.

The modern healthcare system is fundamentally designed to keep everyone sick as that's when the stakeholders make money.
If we can help teach people why they're sick and what they can do about it, we can flip the healthcare system on it's head to incentivize being healthy and not seeing the doctor or pharmacist or using insurance.

Hippocrates said: All diseases begin in the gut. One man's food is another man's poison. A food that's good for me, may not be good for you. That same food may not be good for me 3 months from now because my body has changed. Let food be thy medicine, let medicine be thy food.
