Yay for my first vegan baking video!! woo hoo— you guys are always asking for baking/vegan cooking videos and this year my plan is to start!! Sorry if this isn’t the hottest filming set up— I’m still figuring things out with my new camera and what not! I will have a better system soon lol ;) xx RECIPE!!!: Pre-heat oven to 350! 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of brown sugar 1 cup of vegan butter 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 2 vegan eggs (I used a flax egg + applesauce egg works well in this as well!) BEAT TOGETHER! 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3 cups of flour MIX! 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips (mine were from Trader Joe’s but most dark chocolate is vegan and you can just brake that down to chunks!) Place in large spoonfuls (about 2 inches) on a baking sheet Bake for 10-15 DONE! enjoy!!! xx (subscribe!)
