Celebrations are underway in Lesotho as former Prime Minister Tom Thabane is set to return to government. He will take the reigns as his All Basotho Convention and his allies have managed a clear majority in the National Assembly. Outgoing Prime Minister Pakalitha Mosisili's Democratic Congress only managed 30 seats. Nthakoana Ngatane is in Maseru. We apologise for the poor sound quality in this clip.
