Karin here is around 6 years old and has been helping me "Marty Ware" for years now.  She loves watch all the different insects and birds that arrive and now know what each one does when it arrives.  She even warns me of pest infestations and picks our Strawberries when they are ripe.
Because she has grown up seeing this food grown around her she has no problem eating salads and veggies.
