James Lewis, Director of the CSIS Technology & Public Policy Program discussed the vulnerability of U.S. computer systems (including the federal governments) against cyber attacks, and the federal governments role in protecting sensitive systems.  Recently, U.S. and South Korean computers were hit by a series of attacks on both government and commercial websites.
