I arranged this sonata from Op. 2 sonatas for violin and guitar by Niccolo Paganini. I treat them as musical flat-picking exercises. I play the violin part on steel string guitar with a flat-pick, and the accompaniment as it is written for nylon string guitar. I have both Op.2 and Op. 3 Sonatas for Violin and Guitar transcribed for two guitars. I will post the ones that work the best. The idea is that these are good musical exercises for flat pickers. They contain patterns and melodies that aren't encountered normally in bluegrass and folk picking.
