Data File Handling

Get Pointer : A pointer which stores the address from where the next value will be read from the file.
Put Pointer : A pointer which stores the address of location where next value will be stored in the file.
Read :- get
Write :- put

Fobj.tellp   gives an integer which is the current address in put pointer
tellg gives an integer which is the current address in put pointer

seekg :- used to place/move get pointer at any location in the file
seekp :- used to place/move put pointer at any location in the file
