I couldn't figure out how to blow up the bomb for the longest time, but with some prodding by ev_brak, I was finally able to discover the mechanic, and it was quite surprising. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but you can sort of squeeze a couple of POWs between a muncher and the wall and send the muncher flying across the level. I've never seen anything like it. The rest of the puzzle involves other POW tech, such as managing many POWs in a small area without poofing any POWs and clipping POWs upwards through a muncher stack. I was a bit out of practice with the ending trick of clipping through the one-way, but eventually got it.
