Salcete people are upset with the services at Jan Suvidha Kendra, a service centre at South Goa Collectorate. The quick and better services promised at the centre are seems to be fading. People have alleged delay, troublesome and overcharging at the centre. They also informed that the centre does not have details of land property and does not have Form D. People visit the centre to apply for caste, residence, property survey plans and property details. However, when we questioned the officer in-charge, he said mamlatdar and city survey officer of land and settlement records were yet to provide them with the provisional records which are not accessible on internet.
