Mathapoo is a Tamil Movie, A colourful love subject with family entertainment.
Karthik (Jeyan) is a fun-loving youngster from Tiruchy. He comes to Chennai to stay in her aunt's (Sithara) house. He meets Pooja (Gayathri). He falls for her instantly. She is quiet and dull. She happens to work under Sithara. Pooja's parents (Kitty and Geetha) pray that she becomes normal. A flashback reveals the reason why Pooja has become a dull girl from being a bubbly and a chirpy one. The onus is on Karthik to set things right and win her heart.
