The Special Council on Tax Reform and Fairness for Georgians has been gathering testimony from large and small businesses, landowners, farmers and farm organizations this year.  The president of the state's largest farm organization appeared before the tax panel recently to tell the farmers side of the story, as Rick Treptow reports.
