Hey Cruisers I'm Sheri with CruiseTipsTV onboard the Norwegian Jewel with another quick tip. Have you ever wondered what a guaranteed cabin is? Hmmm, Guaranteed cabins are in simple terms a gamble you can take when booking your cruise. When opting for a guaranteed cabin, you are promised a room in the category you've chosen, but you do not get to choose which cabin. 

It sounds risky doesn't it, so why do it? Well, there are a few reasons. Sometimes it is cheaper, and you could also get upgraded to a significantly better cabin- if there are any leftover. 
Still, getting stuck with a bad cabin is a real possibility, and even if you are lucky and score an upgrade, you may not be pleased with the location. So, plan carefully, and understand the risk. Thanks for watching. Until next time, we'll you on the high seas.
