Today my friend Morgan shows me how to make a delicious autumnal cocktail, The Apple Jack. This is going to be your go-to cocktail this fall, if you fancy a nightcap after talking long walks stepping through piles of crunchy leaves! Ingredients ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice ½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup ½ oz (15 ml) apple cider 1½ oz (45 ml) applejack Directions: Combine the lemon juice, simple syrup, apple cider, and applejack in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until the drink is sufficiently chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe.
