If any of you have played Swap Force and have Grim Creeper in your collection, you might think to yourself "Why does he sound so familiar?". In Skylanders Imaginators, if you place him with Doctor Neo Cortex, they both sound a like. This is because they are both voiced by Lex Lang. Lex Lang has been the voice of Cortex since 2004 with Twinsanity.

Lex Lang is also reprising his role of Cortex in the N Sane Trilogy. According to some media (including Lex Lang's interview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-7ECbyA3nk ), Clancy Brown who was the original voice of Neo didn't reprise his role because he was underpaid by Universal, wasn't aware of Crash Nitro Kart and the Wrath or Cortex and parents were complaining that his voice was too dark and not comedic enough thus Lex Lang was called in to do that voice.
