Generally speaking, spinach does not like to be moved. Most plants prefer to grow where they are sown, but some REALLY don't like o move, and spinach is one such plant in my experience. In this video I show what I have found to be one of the better ways to transplant spinach. The spinach in this video were germinated in March in my coldframe.
