In this video I will be forging the shackles for the bed of the crane as part of series where I make a washing line crane thing!!! These Shackles hold the drying rack and are based off a college project done by some f the students at Hereford college of arts. The design for this build is base on old Victorian ware house cranes. I will be making two cranes and a bed that will be used for the washing. In this video I make and fit some collars that a blacksmith would use in this type of project an many other projects.
