Sounds crazy doesn't it? Well after spending 3 days here in Palm Springs at the Tom Ferry Leadership Summit with 180 of the top agents in North America, our brains were a bit fried and overloaded from all we had learned.  I strongly urged our group of Top Producers to join me at the top of the Palm Springs Aerial tram for dinner and to see the view over the Coachella Valley below.  We had a great time riding the spinning gondola and what a great way to end the Summit by spending the evening with Peak performers in our field at The Peaks restaurant and at the highest summit around.  Needless to say there was 7 feet of fresh snow around and we Thank Tom Ferry for bringing us all together at this great event to learn, grow, share and network with each other and live our LIFE BY DESIGN!
