Many people wonder if the global recession will make it hard to enforce corporate social responsibility. Levine, of Epstein, Becker & Green explains that in fact there are now an increasing amount of legal risks for companies that don't live up to CSR standards. This was part of the Carnegie Council event "Sustainable Branding: A U.S.-Japan Corporate Dialogue" that took place on September 17, 2009.
