Russian restaurant ice room, its located on a small "terrace" road not too far from Nathan Road. I forget the name, but there are lots of "trendy" expensive restaurants there. This Russian one is on the second floor of abut the middle of this terrace. Its easy to miss due to the second floor part. But if you are lucky they will give out free russian meat pie at the entrance to the building.
