“HUMANITY OF IMPERFECT NATURES” What are our needs? Do new technologies help us to satisfy them or stop us from recognising them? What does the future hold for humanity and its communities? Marco Menegus, the third person who has undergone a double lung transplant and gone over 4000 meters of altitude and the first to do so with alpine skis, will tell us about the relationship between altruism and technology, leading us to think about the values that guide us to our tomorrow. Marco Menegus, office worker, is 47 years old and has worked in the office of the health service in Belluno for 30 years. When he was seven years old he was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, a serious genetic illness which, to date, has no definitive cure.
