Singer Julia Nagele enchants her audience with a colourful and expressive voice. She found her home in Singer&Sonwriter music: the 22 year old presents her own songs under the name "Jules". Her Songs are influenced by Jazz, Pop and soul and tell the stories of her life. She sings these songs alongside different musicians from all over Germany, but she convinces her audience even as a soloist - all she needs is a chair and her guitar. She is known throughout the South of Germany due to her numerous gigs and appearances on the tv channel Bayerischer Rundfunk, for instance, as well as through the regular charitable music event "Singer&Songwriter Open Stage Session München", which she organized with fellow musicians. By now she is studying Jazzvocals in Mannheim where she discovers even more of the world of music. In the Spring of 2014 she will go on her third tour through Germany. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
