Japanese Sweet Potato Cake Recipe (Low Flour)

For the Cake:
2 medium sweet potatoes, baked 
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup cake flour
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons cornstarch

325 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes

For the Berry and Beet Sauce:

1/2 beet, sliced
6 strawberries
1/4 cup water
2-3 tablespoons sugar
