The video has been shot on Diwali Day i.e 03rd November 2013. While coming back from durg after purchasing some crackers, I was on Durg Flyover. Suddenly heard a honk of Diesel Locomotive. It was 16:10hrs. I was pretty much sure about the departure of 18426 Durg - Puri Intercity express. Seen here is a Raipur based Ice Cream Diesel Locomotive WDG-3A#13596 locomotive accelerating with 18426 Durg - Puri Intercity express near Durg Link cabin. The flyover links the twin cities Durg and Bhilai. Just listen to the powerful horns of this locomotive and wonderful customary chugging sounds.
