How To: Land A Tarpon Play By Play. This video is a continuance of my last video which verbally went over what it was like to fight and land a Tarpon. After filming footage for that video I was able to hook and land a Tarpon. This fit rather nicely in that I would be able to visually show you the different stages that I had described. This Tarpon fight took roughly 37 minutes and I was able to subdue and then revive the Tarpon for a healthy release.
