The bosses challenges divides into 3 sets. Two for Kiryu and Majima each where you fight 3 bosses that deal a lot of damage, another two where you have to beat 5 bosses but the bosses do normal damage, and the final set is also for each character to beat 10 bosses, and the damage done by bosses is normal.
