The picture may have your attention but the days of writing your own song , owning copywrite and spending a lot of money on your own material for monetization with u-tube are over. It`s just pot luck whether there checking programme passes it or not . Some of my songs did make monetization but If it`s held for review you may as well write it off you can wait months only to get rejected anyway. If your song sounds just remotely like something else just a note or a phrase then yourv`e had it. It seems the big boys have won. The song highlighted in the video took 6 months from my writing it , performing it and recording it. Dancers provided by my daughters dance company "Vibes". So after £2000.00 spent and a lot of work .MONETIZATION REJECTED. Thanks u-tube. OK a fresh update as of 23/1/2013 my monetization rejected signs on my channel have all changed to MONITORING FOR POSSIBLE REVIEW. It seems someone from u-tube may be listening to us after all. Now lets see how long they stay like that. Update as of 1 st of Febuary 2014 still held under review.
