Today Apple release iOS 9.1 Beta 4 to developers. Just 6 days after Beta 3.
Not sure what happened to the 14 day release cycle of the betas but it does seem like they have dropped that. Beta 3 and 4  were both released 6-7 days apart. 
Hopefully it will bring some more improvements, and maybe, just maybe more speed. Lets run the usual tests.

Batteries in these tests were not fully charged from the beginning, and the phones where the screens appear to be different have had the screen replaced.
