The Building Sustainability @ Cal Program trains and utilizes students to help reduce the environmental footprint of campus buildings by educating building inhabitants and identifying structural and the operational changes that can be made to buildings and campus as a whole. PACES is designed to assess current office practices and formulate recommendations for improvements toward achievable sustainable office standards from student groups at UC Santa Barbara.
